"Very comfortable hotel Every thing was great "

"The food is terrible with very limited options. I asked for juice but they didn’t have it for breakfast. Asked for water instead but I was charged for it. TV cable never worked, although I asked repeatedly for it to be fixed. Internet was not working half of my stay. Hand soap in the bathroom was watered down. You get what you paid for basically!!!"

"I booked a 2-bed apartment for a couple of days for my family, the apartment was very well furnished, extremely clean with a modern full kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned and refreshed every day. The staff was very professional and helpful; they addressed all my questions and needs during my stay, Mr. Bahaa and Ms. Reham were exceptionally helpful. The location is great with the adjacent Hilton for restaurants and bars. One of my major positives was how quite the apartment was on the 22nd floor with no noise from the main street, a rare find in Cairo."
