"The property was a lovely place, staff were friendly and room was clean. The only issue we experienced was the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and when I raised it with the front desk, they made a note to check the mattress for future guests. I was disappointed that a solution wasn’t provided to us for the remainder of our stay."

"We were in Huntsville for dance competitions for the weekend. Luckily we only were here one night. We booked the King bed and pull out sofa for two adults and one child. The goal was to utilize the pull out sofa which didn’t work. The hotel front desk man came to try to help. Whoever used it before us got the mattress stuck and it wouldn’t properly open. "Tidy and clean. Pet friendly! Good water pressure and heat. Great parking. No idea how to work the TV neither did another guest. No conditioner for hair. Fan in bathroom crazy loud. Hotel met my needs for sleeping."

"Just found this lovely resort by accident and I’m so happy we did. We stayed for 1 night as we were going for a quick trip. Here are the PROS & CONS; The staff throughout the hotel/resort/restaurant were always very polite and happy to help! The room we stayed in was quite big which was nice but it could use a couch & an actual table instead of a side table with two chairs. The beach area was nice but could use an upgrade as there’s some uneven areas that need fixing. Lots of activities to do...

"The building and the room were very nice. Breakfast was good. I barely slept. The AC unit was noisy as an old car without a muffler. Knowing that the solution was a change of room, I wasn't in the mood of dressing again and repack, so I didn't complaint to the house desk until we checked out, and, of course, their answer was that I should have complained that night. My point was that they shouldn't have given us a room with a know issue like that in the first place."

Die inserierten Bilder auf Expedia sahen ordentlich aus, aber in echt war das Moorhaven einfach abgenutzt... Nach kurzer Inspektion der Unterkunft hatten wir schreckliche Kopfschmerzen von Raumduft. Also wäre durchgehend Anti-Mückenspray versprüht worden. Das Bad, heruntergekommen, voller Flecken, würde ich niemals benutzen.
