"We had a good stay. Our room was nicely cleaned and was available when we checked in. The front desk staff was very helpful and the kitchen staff was very pleasant. All in all it was a great stay, only item to be noted as we did not realize, we could have selected a larger double size bed. But it was not a deal braker, so it was all good. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We were in Huntsville for dance competitions for the weekend. Luckily we only were here one night. We booked the King bed and pull out sofa for two adults and one child. The goal was to utilize the pull out sofa which didn’t work. The hotel front desk man came to try to help. Whoever used it before us got the mattress stuck and it wouldn’t properly open. My husband and the hotel desk man yanked it with all their might and it wouldn’t open. He eventually moved us to another room but that...

"Just found this lovely resort by accident and I’m so happy we did. We stayed for 1 night as we were going for a quick trip. Here are the PROS & CONS; The staff throughout the hotel/resort/restaurant were always very polite and happy to help! The room we stayed in was quite big which was nice but it could use a couch & an actual table instead of a side table with two chairs. The beach area was nice but could use an upgrade as there’s some uneven areas that need fixing. Lots of activities to do...

"Negative Punkte, persönlich keine Weiterempfehlung! Wir hatten eine Hütte für drei Nächte gebucht. Die inserierten Bilder auf Expedia sahen ordentlich aus, aber in echt war das Moorhaven einfach abgenutzt... Nach kurzer Inspektion der Unterkunft hatten wir schreckliche Kopfschmerzen von Raumduft. Also wäre durchgehend Anti-Mückenspray versprüht worden. Das Bad, heruntergekommen, voller Flecken, würde ich niemals benutzen.
