"Bathroom leaked so bad it flooded the bathroom after one shower. Dead bolt ripped off the wall like someone had kicked in the door at some point. We left early because there was screeching tires and yelling in the parking lot and no one helped me get a refund. I was given multiple fake numbers for who to go to to get a refund when I called after leaving. The lady at the front desk told my husband there was nothing she could do to help us."

"We are almost dying from the heat, but it’s impossible to turn on the air conditioner because it sounds like a helicopter taking off inside the room. The worst part is that we can even hear the air conditioner from the room next door, despite ours being turned off. It’s unbelievably loud. We came here to rest, but we can’t sleep because of this nightmare. I’m recording everything and will be posting it on TikTok, Instagram, and every platform possible so that no one else has to come to this dump and go through the same experience. This is completely unacceptable."
