"This is my second time staying here and both times I’ve had an overall positive experience. Staff were helpful and professional. Great location and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely coming back"

"The room was okay. It was clean but the beds are so high I had to go buy a step stool so my sister could get on the bed she is 78. There was only one chair in the room, we asked for another one which they gave us a straight back chair. That was fine. We told them our tv was going out. They said could replace it ( they did not). There was no coffee in the room. There was a coffee pot but no coffee or filters. There was no information on the tv channels or the internet. No breakfast , No information in the room the area. Like I said it was just okay. If I was staying longer or on vacation I would have been very unhappy with the place."

"First- We arrived to be told there was no elevator to our building, that info was no where to be found on the website. I have a 2 year old and a huge beach wagon I would definitely never book somewhere with no elevator. The front desk staff were insanely rude. I was more than willing to pay to upgrade our room- which we did end up doing. She made it seem like I was trying to get a free upgrade. When asked where was our new room- she points to the wall and says “back there”..??? No help at all. The breakfast staff were not nice either. The staff in general are absolutely no help and not nice at all. Will not be staying again."

"Keisha at the front desk was amazingly friendly. The housekeeping could use some continued training. It wasn’t terrible but it certainly was not exceptional in comparison to many other stays or other Home2 Suites we’ve stayed at. All in all, an affordable stay very close to the beach (only 3 min walking beachside of Hwy) and near several restaurants & shops."

"While the linens and towels were spotless, the property was not. The bathroom floor has broken tiles sharp enough to cut your foot. Toilet and paper holder were rusty. Ice machine broken and wooden cabana around ice machine falling apart. TV remote only works when standing 1 foot away from the TV. Couch in the room was in poor shape and seemed dirty. I would definitely not want to sit on it let alone pull out the bed. Platform bed and mattress were hard as a rock and left me with back pain. I will definitely not return to this location for another stay."
