We loved the pool’s lazy river. The restaurant is very good. Hotel rooms are modern, clean and well maintained. I found the mattress to be too firm. The hotel bangs you for $25/night parking which is a bit much. Breakfast is complimentary. This property is highly recommended.

Clean room with beach access. Nice outdoor pool that they kept clean while we were there. Beach chairs have to be rented. Restaurant connected to the hotel was very nice. Biggest complaint is the elevator situation in the hotel. Only 2 elevators and everyone uses them, including housekeeping. Just plan to wait if it’s busy during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Great convenient hotel, great for kids, wonderful pool and beach access. Only complaints were that our Room was not quite ready an hour and a half after check in time and pool area could use more shaded seat options.

Honestly everything was fantastic except for Internet service in our room. We were there for four nights and were not able to connect to the Wi-Fi or watch any movies on our phones or the TV while we were there. We brought it to the staff’s attention but I’m not sure what was done about it. No other complaints.

The double queen room was large, clean, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly. Location can’t be beat and the pool was nice as well. We would stay there again. The only con is that the elevators are extremely slow.

Loved the pool and lazy river but they seemed to need cleaning. Breakfast got old but they all do. Staff, including housekeepers, were great. Waiters were great at Beach Social were great as were the bartenders at the pool. Could definitely do without the woman blasting music at the pool Friday and Saturday. Ran people off including me. Pool should be relaxing area. Why charge for parking in an ungated property and never issue permits? Doors slamming at all hours was annoying.
