"Located in Zirl, and easily accessible by public transport from Innsbruck (~20 min), this is a great hotel in a scenic location. We had a double room and the views from the balcony were beautiful! Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English."

"About a 20 minute “F” bus ride from the main Innsbruck station but worth it for the mountain view and quiet neighborhood. I enjoy these family run hotels. The staff were very personal and offered good recommendations. The hotel is modern and clean. The hotel also has a sauna, restaurant and bar for you to enjoy. It’s near the airport but the planes don’t fly late in the evening so it’s mostly quiet. That was a concern of mine but it was a pleasant stay overall."

"We stayed in a family room which was newly refurbished. There was plenty of room, 2 proper single beds for the children (not the usual sofa bed) and everything was spotlessly clean. Good air conditioning/heating. The bathroom had underfloor heating! Lots of choice at breakfast, all to be eaten overlooking the beautiful river. Excellent location, close to the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Overall, we very much recommend the hotel!"

Obwohl wir am Anreisetag etwas zu spät waren, haben wir trotzdem noch Frühstück bekommen und das war super lecker. Ein Service, den man nicht als selbstverständlich ansieht. "We had a wonderful stay at Wirtshaus Nattererboden. It is truly a one of a kind property and our family highly recommends it. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent and, although it is tucked away from city noise and lights of Innsbruck, it is a very easy and short drive into the city. And the views of the Alps from your room are fantastic. "
