"The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial."

"The beds are very comfortable- very nice linens. The toiletries are clean and smell wonderful. Great stay after along day of driving. All the staff are helpful and friendly.
