"This hotel had a 4 star rating... not 4 star. The bathroom walls needed washed, the toliet seat was well used and should have been replaced. There is zero sound deadening in the walls and you could hear your neighbors. The only good thing it was 5 minutes from University Hospital."

"The room was clean, except there were dirty dishes in the sink. (This room had a small kitchen). The staff was okay. Not overly friendly, just seemed really busy. The bed to me was uncomfortable, but it was because the mattress was too firm for my liking. That's just my personal taste though. The air conditioner/heater is very loud. The walls are thin, so you can hear people in other rooms. There is limited parking in the back. They will give you a parking pass that you have to take out to place...

"I rarely leave bad reviews, but this was a genuinely terrible stay. I did not get what I paid for and have had better experiences in budget motels.
Room Issues: I paid for a King bed but was given a Queen. The bathroom floor and toilet were extremely dirty, the door wouldn't stay shut, and the TV remote was broken with the volume stuck at max, making it unusable.
No Sleep: My room was 5 steps from the lobby. Loud jazz music played on an endless loop through the speakers all night with no staff...
