"We endured a frustrating wait of over 20 minutes at the front desk to check in. As we were about to give up, some customers passing by informed us that the receptionist was occupied somewhere upstairs. Despite our attempts to call the number provided in our reservation, the front desk phone rang, but unfortunately, or as expected, no one answered. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, making it difficult to fall asleep. "

"The suite was clean, well-maintained, and reasonably priced. It was equipped with a large refrigerator, a small stove, and a microwave. However, the absence of basic kitchen utensils (such as cutlery and cookware) limited the usability of these amenities. Additionally, a $100 security deposit was required. Although this is outlined in the property’s policies, it is significantly higher than the industry norm (typically $15–$25). I recommend that guests verify the deposit amount prior to booking. While the deposit is refundable after checkout, this requirement caused some inconvenience. In my case, the charge was ultimately waived after contacting customer service."

"They gave our room away upon arrival and put us in a room with only one bed when we needed two beds, the room they put us in, had no working toilet and told us that they did not have an on-site maintenance staff to come and fix it or an available room to move us to, and the air-conditioning in our room was broken. The only thing good about this day was the front desk woman was sweet as can be! "

"We are frequent guests and have always had an enjoyable experience. Breakfast supplies were adequate and front desk leader, Channing, is always very pleasant. Some additional strength training equipment and yoga-type mats for the floor are suggestions for improving the fitness center. "

"The staff is great other then not all speaking English. Breakfast was pretty much the same everyday, we went out for breakfast some mornings. They have three nights were they offer a "meal/something to eat". Plenty of restaurants in the area. Good self laundry. The worst thing is while they have free parking, you better get back before 5:00PM to get a close space. There is a Giant Market just in the next parking lot, very clean and you can get all you need in that plaza."

During our first night, we experienced some noise from the room upstairs, but the staff responded promptly and worked hard to resolve the issue, which we truly appreciated. The location is very convenient, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again."
