"The staff no matter the time of day were all professional, friendly, and accommodating. The location is superb. The rooms are nice."

"There was no hot water the day we were leaving. They made accommodation for us to use another room. The how water came on before we had to move. Although we had to wait for the hot water, the cleaning staff knocked on our door at EXACTLY 11 am for checkout. I would have thought they would have been a tad more lenient given their maintenance issue."

"The young lady at the front desk…. I believe her name is Isis…. She always makes my trip worth it … what a sweet young lady who adds so much value to the establishment!!!!!"

"Don't stay here. They'll take your money and not give it back to you. Then charge you random amount on top of what you were "expecting." Oh it's a clerical error they say. Well of course it's inconveniene for me but I just have to wait for it to come back... Stay somewhere else."

"The location was great for an event we attended on Saturday. We were given room 412. The tub was peeling and not properly clean. The walls were peeling and the ice machine was not working. There were spaces in the door frame so we could see people walking by. All night there were two little girls running and skating up and down the hallway. But the young man who checked us in was professional and kind. Please get the renovations together! This hotel is in a great location."

"Rooms were clean and in good condition. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was expensive. Also, why must every hotel only have blueberry muffins??? Also didnt understand why we have to pay a separate charge for parking. Overall, will sray there again."
