"I checked-in late around 23:30 tired from a long trip and my bed wasn’t done, was dirty of previous guest. I requested another room as was the fastest solution but the night receptionist told me that they were fully booked, therefore, arranged the bed for me as fast as he could. On the other hand, there was an elder gentleman 70+ in the room with urine issues and all the room was smelling really badly and next day I found the diapers in the floor next to my locker. "good and cheap. if u book directly through their website you can get some discounts of food ect. They had a good bar with seats by the canal which was nice and it was close to the metro stations. The staff were super friendly too. Our bed was very uncomfortable though and the sink was blocked as well. they did attempt to fix this when we informed them."

"The staff were very courteous and helpful. When I was not happy with the original room they put us in (not what I had booked online with a photo of the room), they immediately put me in the proper room which was spacious for 4 people. It was conveniently located in Montmartre which was perfect for Bakeries, restaurants, and view points. I enjoyed my stay. "

"Très bon emplacement, nous devions aller en Allemagne tôt le matin à la Gare de l'Est. Chambre propre et cozy, belle vue. Check-in chaleureux et professionnel. Petite cuisine à disposition au sous-sol mais pas utilisée. Café/bar/boulangerie/restaurant à proximité de l'hôtel. Seul bémol est le bruit des portes quand on dort."
