"Brand new property conveniently located for those heading to Disneyland with a free shuttle bus service to/from the park. Air conditioned rooms which is a rarity in Paris/France. Spacious apartment for a family of 5."

"The hotel is fine for a short family break at Disneyland. But bear in mind it’s a 2-star, so very basic. Staff checked me in but as we were early, the room wasn’t ready, so we went off to the parks and then returning some 6 hours later, hot and tired from the parks, they couldn’t find our booking. Was quite stressful. Breakfast is a bun fight and some of the cutlery and cups v dirty."

"Maybe it was me expecting the full Disney experience in a hotel but it fell a little short. Hotel felt slightly dated and in need of a bit of tlc. Still in a great location and still a Disney hotel, just not what it was for me."

"Kamer, badkamer en keukentje was zuiver. Er is een rolluik aanwezig dus de kamer kon pikdonker gemaakt worden. Enige nadeel van de kamer vond ik de badkamer, de douchekop staat op een vaste hoogte waardoor deze maar tot aan mijn nek kwam. Op het toilet zitten kan voor grote mensen krap zijn. Koffie werd niet aangevuld en er was geen housekeeping toen ik er verbleef. Goede locatie op Disneyland en Val d'Europe te bezoeken."

"The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....

"The morning shift was not to good after a 12hr flight all we wanted was to check in we got there about 30min before check in time they asked us to wait a bit we sat in the lobby for 1hr and the girls in the front desk never let us know our room was ready if i would have never got up from the chair and asked we they would have never let us know our room has been ready…however the night shift was AMAZING they were very helpful, informative, kind and knowledgeable and very fast at picking us up and...

"The location is ideal as it’s 20 minute walk to Disney. The shuttle bus is a nightmare it gets so busy at times it felt suffocating and unsafe . Heck in was slow as there was long queue and only ever one person on reception. Our room was ok, it wasn’t the cleanest - food was stuck between the gaps on dining chair, stains on soda bed. Toilet kept blocking, the room was badly battered and had weird brown stains on the roof. Sofa bed was hard and we had no pillows for the sofa bed and staff...

"Beautiful property with just a short walk to the parks and Downtown Disney. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning in both of our rooms. The rooms do have AC, but they’re not cooled very well. And it’s was the same issue last year when visiting with my brother in the World of Marvel New York hotel. If you’re a western visitor and been to other Disney properties, lower your expectations and just understand that Disney Paris doesn’t do AC very well. However, if you ask for a fan, they...
