The rooms were clean and breakfast buffet was good. That’s about it for positives. Had a few encounters with rude staff, especially in the restaurant. Photos of the resort are incredibly misleading. It looks like sauna and hot tub are part of accessible facilities in photos however in reality you have to pay to access sauna and we couldn’t find the hot tub at all. The pool required swimming caps??? That was baffling. Of course that’s not something we had with us so the hotel offered to sell us some. Very weird and I haven’t not seen anything like this in my entire life. Overall, would not recommend.

O hotel está muito bem mantido, é confortável, muito limpo e tem um excelente staff. Contudo acho que fazem algumas economias que não condizem com o nível do hotel 4 estrelas. O papel higiénico disponibilizado é de péssima qualidade. Não há itens de toucador e te cobram ,010€ para imprimir uma folha. Depois imprimem uma fatura que em tese teve o mesmo custo, além do imposto. Não acho que o hotel deva ficar imprimindo inúmeras folhas para os hóspedes, mas não é inteligente ter um custo maior do que o próprio serviço, além de pegar muito mal. Acho que até 3/5 folhas deveria ser cortesia

O Hotel é muito organizado, bonito e limpo, condiz com sua classificação. Porém o sistema de refrigeração é central e estava desligado, ficando o cliente sem autonomia de climatizar seu quarto. Passei muito calor. Outra situação é o SPA que é pago, porém a Banheira estava avariada, sobrando somente a SAUNA, não compensado pagar só para o uso da sauna.
