No staff overnight the staff/ owner came right away we had to move rooms because door wouldn’t latch, one towel and paper products….. they came right away…… owner delightful community shared kitchen with deck and it’s lovely

We have a problem during the check-in, our room was occupied, the owner changed the room quickly, but not good experience. There is no front desk, everything must be done remotely. The breakfast it's ok, but no coffee.

Nice but need better service.

The apartment is nice but since this is NOT a hotel there is no front desk and you need to tell in advance what time are you arriving so they will be there. If you arrive earlier, even if it is after the check in, you can't enter./ I was with my family waiting in the curb for someone to open de apartment.

Provided code for the door only after calling. Mixed up bookings and provided code for other guests rooms. Breakfast horrible and said it would be not included while it was mentioned in the booking. Never again

je trouve inadmissible de payer plus de 80 € pour une pièce sans fenêtre. Pour moi, une pièce sans fenêtre c’est une cellule ou un placard à balais mais pas une chambre. C’est dommage car le reste de la maison est impeccable: espaces communs agréable, équipement, service tout est bien.

朝食付きのホステル。 常駐のスタッフはおらず、チェックインインはメールに届くPINコードで行います。 朝食は隣にあるパン屋から美味しいパン、オレンジ、瓶ジュースと水。十分な量がボックスで届きます。 ミニキッチンがありお湯が沸かせます。 またこの街に用事があったら使わせていただきたいです。 隣昼食やのステーキハウス、とっても美味しいく夕飯に最適です。

Gute Unterkunft mit Frühstück

Das gelieferte Frühstück war super und die Unterkunft war sauber. Wir haben es als Stop zwischen Porto und Lissabon genutzt. Nazaré kann man mit dem Auto gut erreichen.
