"I did not use any of the apartments facilities. At Check-in they stated that staff available 24/7. The apartment was basic. So please dont have any expectation and take facilities with a pinch of salt. You have to pay for laundry. Toiletries were for 1 or 2 uses only. The apartment It was next to the ocean not for swimming. However balcony was not usable due to the smell from Sargusum sea weed. "The resort needed more time to prepare for the opening of business. They could not accommodate the small number of guests that were there and everything was very limited for an all inclusive resort. They had challenges with the plumbing, lack of food, no entertainment and time management. I will Be reaching out to corporate to seek a refund for my stay. I DO NOT recommend staying here! By far one of the worst trips I’ve ever had especially from someone who travels a lot."

"2nd trip to the club barbados, the staff are the highlight and very friendly. it is an older hotel with the caribbean charm so if this is what you like it is well worth it. the beach next door is great no direct beach but literally 10 steps away is a fantastic beach. you can swim in front of the hotel but it is quite stony. again great staff will be back."
