"Staff was nice but gave us a coffee maker that didn’t. Asked for another the following morning that one didn’t work either. Floor was sticky and some of the towels were stained. "

"They have people living there on a month to month basis, this creates less than comfortable situations when the people next door to your room are getting into domestic violence situations at 3am and you got work at 5am! They should’ve offered me a discount but they didn’t! They didn’t seem surprised those types staying within their property. Other weirdos observed as well!"

"Amazing breakfast. Delicious bar menu from 5-9. All staff including Manager David, Front Desk Cheyenne, and Bartender Lissette make me feel like family. I feel very safe as they have roving security at night. Very nice pool and patio with BBQ grills and fire pit. I always get king suite and I absolutely love everything about the Hyatt House in Sorrento Valley M Bishop"

"The lobby was loud as guests were at the bar when I arrived at 9 pm. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was a single king, great bed! Coffeemaker worked and it had a refrigerator. Perfect. The bathroom was a disabled bathroom… shower was difficult to adjust and I got water everywhere. The hot water was slow to reach temperature. Hated the bathroom. Everything else was good."
