"Everything about the hotel was excellent . The gloss was taken off our experience when charged €5.50 for a small bottle of water . Extortion does not cover this , it's darn right criminal . I will stay there again in the future but will be taking my own water ."

"The facilities and the service were fantastic. The staff seemed genuinely interested in making your stay memorable and went out of their way to meet every need. On our early morning departure the hotel provided us with a wonderful packed breakfast. I have given a lower score in facilities as there were no movie channels and the TV channels limited, however the staff tried hard to link us in. "

All staff were very pleasant and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Met my expectations and more. Would definitely recommend Crowne Plaza hotels to family , friends and associates. Thank you ."

"Overall we were very happy with the staff and hotel. However the waiting time for a drink in the captain’s bar was far too long. On average some time up to 15-20 minutes. The system for ordering and delivering needs to be changed."
