"Great location with an amazing view of Halong Bay and proximity to sights and shops. We were kindly upgraded to King rooms as we arrived a bit early for check in and those were the only rooms available. Folks who worked there are friendly and helpful and we recommend this hotel for those looking to visit Halong area!"

"They have made our stay so comfortable and nice, we had to come back from our trip to Ha Long Bay. They provided extra towels for my daughter, held our luggages to our room, opens the door every time we enter or exit, and were always smiling and attentive. Oh, and breakfast was out of this world. Rooftop bar has amazing view, pool is clean, although very slippery. They offer 20 different food on top of pho, omelet etc. I ate passionfruit everyday. Overall fantastic stay. "

They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. "when we first arrived at Halo Homestay - we were concerned because it was not in a very nice area. We didn't realise how big Halong Bay city is. we were expecting sleepy little fishing village!!
