"Great hostel, good Central location. 5 minutes walk into the city centre, 2 minutes walk from the nearest bars and restaurants. Clean room, comfortable bed and good communication from the host throughout our stay. If I'm nit picking the only very slight drawback was, the bedroom curtains, weren't full blackout (I'm a very light sleeper) but this was a very small thing, and it probably won't affect most people. I would have no hesitation in staying there again. Recommended. "

"Great location surrounded by bars and restaurants, handy for the transport link. Our room was basic but comfortable and had plenty of space. The shower was nice and powerful. There was a bit of mould in one corner of the bathroom otherwise the space was clean. The communal toilet and kitchen didn’t appear to be cleaned regularly. The owner/manager Filipe was nice but not very responsive to our messages which was sometimes a little unsettling for us. If you need a budget place to stay in the...

"Für kurze Aufenthalte okay. Wir waren je zu Beginn und zum Ende unserer Rundreise in diesem Hotel zu Gast. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und stilvoll eingerichtet, jedoch ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, sodass man nachts aufwacht, wenn der Nachbar hustet… Wir hatten zwei unterschiedliche Zimmer, das erste hatte kaum Tageslicht, da es nur einen kleinen Lichthof hatte, somit die Aussicht durch das Fenster einfach nur Beton. Das Zimmer war auch sehr klein, es gab keinen Schrank und das Bett war nur...

"The outside was a surprise. Quiet alleys with lots of graffiti but don’t be scared off. The apartment was spacious, clean, and centrally located. Everything you need is with easy walking distance. I would stay there again."
