We were a little concerned by the somewhat rundown street where Happy House is locatrd but the welcome from Olga and the lovely room were fantastic. Convenient for local restaurants....we recommend Forno Nero. Would definitely stay here again

The bathroom in this room was huge! Double sinks, large walk in shower, separate bathtub, toilet and bidet. The bed was comfy and there was lots of closet/storage space. Great location and the staff was amazing.

The owner, olga, wad very helpful wirh instructions as well as information arpund the area. We loved the access to a full kitchen and lovely large seating area on the rooftop. In the room we enjoyed the most comfortable bed, hot rain shower and ruladen window shade. Great stay and certainly will recommend Happy House Guestrooms to everyone.

The Happy House was an excellent find, it was like an adult youth hostel with the use of a communal kitchen and roof sun terrace. The room we stayed in was nicely decorated, clean with a good en-suite. We were able to check in at 2pm but arrived early and were able to leave our cases. The guest house was situated close to the marina and town. It was good for an overnight stay whilst passing through.

The property had it's charm, bathroom good size, nice kitchen and outdoor eating area. Close walking to restaurants. I didn't like no elevator, difficulty with parking and the surrounding area on initial approach

The Happy House is located very close to all important places in Faro. Shops, lots of restaurants, attractions. Staff is very helpful and gracious. There is a kitchen for residents use with all equipment you may need. There is outside area where you can relax. Great experience, we highly recommend this place.

Amazing property! Great and convenient location. Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were cleanest of our 8 properties we stayed at in Spain and Portugal and were comfortable, clean, and impeccable kept. Only thing we wish was that they had real coffee instead of instant decaf but that's so minor.

Courteous and friendly

The ladies at reception could not be more welcoming & helpful, they gave us hints and tips on the local area, fastest routes, attractions and local beauty spots, they made sure we had everything we asked for within our hotel room, nothing was too much for them. It made our stay one thousand times better!

Great location. Extremely comfortable bed. Room nicely sized. Bathroom 10 of 10. It’s a hotel but then it’s not. Common kitchen and outdoor areas but didn’t run into many people. Olga took me around the place and also offered great tips for local music.

The young lovely lady, Ms. Moreno actually came to check us in with a wonderful smile! What a great representation for a place called happy house! Looks can be deceiving! I thought it was a hostel (not that there is anything wrong with that) but what a room so beautiful inside! But Ms Moreno is too wonderful for words! Would recommend even to the snobbiest of friends!

The outside is deceptive. It is a small sign and look like there is a hotel there. The lobby is a tiny space and was not staffed when we arrived. But, our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was like one in a 5-star hotel - a deep tub, modern shower and two gilded sinks. Our ro looked out to an abandoned building but it made it quiet. The hotel is a very short walk to a quaint center with shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.
