"The rooms were clean, but beds were too hard. We would’ve appreciated small waters in the room daily. Especially one night everything was closed and we had nowhere to get water, and we tried to get help from a woman at from desk at night, and there was nothing she would do to help. She didn’t even try to help us. I take medicine at night that requires water. I ended up drinking at the sink. I’m we also would lose poise in the room every morning. "I was disappointed in the resort. The beach was not usable, full of seaweed. The resort should've shuttle customers to other beaches daily not twice weekly as people are usually coming for the beach. The customer service was poor."

"The location is prime!!! Beach at your feet! Wifi exceptionally great! Staff wonderful. I walked everywhere and spent hours on the beach...only thing I wish drinking water was included in the room, but I was able to purchase at the nearest grocery store! Love love loved my stay!!"
