"Maurizio and his wife Valy were super helpful in days out recommendations very lovely couple. Valy does not speak English but tried to communicate the best she could. Maurizio has very good English. He was super knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast every day with homemade cakes and eggs from their chickens. Yum! The rooms are clean and plenty of storage and a fridge. The only thing I would say is if you like drinking tea if chilling at room there is no kettle and we forgot our travel one. But...

"Relaxing is key in this charming out-of-the-way farm-stay. You are transformed from the moment you arrive. The accommodations are first rate. The view, incredible. The family, perfect hosts. The onsite restaurant serves artisan cuisine from their farm as well as local ones—make reservations if you plan on eating dinner—they’re a popular spot. A vehicle is necessary to reach this location. If renting a car, choose a SUV to navigate the rough roads. Additionally, use Google Maps—rental car...

"The room was nice and the bathroom was clean. The location is great for a walk to the public thermal spa. The only issue was the internet did not work for most of the time in our room (and others we speak to). We were outside having a light dinner and the staff came by and offered us a free sample of their house wine- which was very good. Breakfast was small but well prepared and tasty. It was a nice stop on our journey- except for the internet."

"I have stayed at this property twice in the last 3 months and enjoyed this Tuscan countryside resort both times. The grounds are beautiful overlooking the countryside and close to the hot springs for our morning mineral dip. The resident cats are a treat as well as the homemade breakfast buffet. The staff is helpful and respectful. Love this place....shhhh don't tell anyone else! My only complaint if I really dug for one in my memory was that the suite we had this time was missing the...

"Lovely property in a perfect location. Not too far from Pitigliano yet it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, which is just what we wanted! Irine and Alessandro were really helpful and gave us fresh fruit and eggs from the farm. They were also accomodating and let us check out later as we had a late flight. We'd definitely stay again ☺️ thank you so much!"
