Esperienza da ripetere.

L'hotel, originariamente una villa liberty, è situato a pochi metri dal cartello d'ingresso posto prima della frazione Acquafredda di Maratea, sulla costa tirrenica. È dall'aspetto elegante ed, attraversato il suo giardino ben curato, dai profumi inebrianti specie di gelsomino, si accede alla reception dove personale impeccabilmente disponibile e cortese è pronto ad accogliere i clienti pervenuti. Curati ed eleganti sono tutti gli ambienti, arredati con gusto, con mobili d'epoca. Belle ed accoglienti sono anche le camere. Soddisfacenti anche gli spazi dedicati alla ristorazione dove si possono consumare pasti appetitosi, ben preparati.

Romantic, Beautiful Hotel.

We love this hotel, it is perfect in every way, from the location to the wonderful rooms and amazing staff. Its like staying in a family run hotel, where all the staff treat you with care and cater to your every request in an effort to make your stay everything you want it to be. The hotel is old and full of beautiful antiques , while it is old it has been beautifully restored to enhance all the wonderful features. Would recommend that you have your own transport if you want to get out and about to the neighbouring villages, which are well worth a look, the harbour is great for a meal at the "1990" restaurant. Would recommend this couples and families.

Love to Travel

We stayed here as we were traveling from Naples thru the Amalfi Coast south to Tropea This location outside of Maratea was very convenient for traveling along the coast instead of the highway. The folks were very friendly, the hotel was quaint, cozy, very clean, adorable, food was excellent. Sitting on the mutli-layer patio gave opportunity for quiet, private time with great views of the water.

Life As It Once Was

Our stay at Villa Cheta harkens back to a simpler time. Lovely, quiet, personal and all over wonderful. The landscaping and flowers are amazing. The views are superb and the food and service very good. Not modern, but very welcoming to the Italy of 50 years ago with kind and caring people

Un soggiorno molto breve in un bellissimo albergo vicino al mare, da consigliare per tutto l'anno. Camere ampie ed accoglienti, ben arredate, colazione su un bellissimo terrazzo con vista sulla baia di acqufredda.

5th Wedding Aniversary

We probably are bios as we were married here 5 years ago & came back to celebrate our 5th Aniversary. Maratea is just so beautiful, without all the tourists that one finds a little north at Almafi. Villa Cheta is situated between two villages overlooking the sea, the gardens with both evergreens and the bright colours of Bougainvilla & potted plants set the scene for a romantic stay. Wonderful roof & wine with staff that are keen to meet your every need.
