Uma experiência desagradável desde a chegada!

Na reserva, solicitei quarto térreo, por estar em final de gestação, não foi disponibilizado, e fui obrigada a subir 1 escada muito alta até o quarto. Nele só tinha 1 cama de casal e eu havia reservado 1 quarto "luxo", com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro. Daí foram "providenciar uma cama de solteiro", o que atrasou nossa acomodação cerca de 40 minutos. Duas toalhas super finas e surradas, para 3 pessoas, sem cobertores nas camas, apenas o lençol de elástico e colcha. Tivemos que pedir toalhas e cobertores, que vieram com 1 cheiro desagradável, como de mal armazenados, ou muito tempo guardados. Uma das mantas com 1 buraco enorme. O papel higiênico da pior qualidade, folha simples e amarela, parecia 1 jornal. No dia seguinte foi que colocaram 1 melhor, quando finalmente disponibilizaram 1 quarto no térreo e fizemos a mudança. Mas aí o chuveiro quente não funcionava, nem a TV pegava nenhum canal. A cama de casal dava pra sentir a madeira, de tão dura e desconfortável. Solicitamos que vissem esses problemas e disseram que o técnico viria no dia seguinte e que trocariam a cama. No outro dia, nos mudaram de quarto novamente, e aí tava tudo ok, até a hora de usar o chuveiro quente e minha filha levar 2 choques ao tentar desligar. Ficamos usando chuveiro frio. Café da manhã sem variedade, sempre as mesmas coisas, e tudo frio. Experiência que jamais quero repetir. Já paguei menos por coisa bem melhor. Destaco o ótimo atendimento de Matusalém que fez o que pode para ajudar.
