When we arrived, one of them was not ready, but gave us the room number. We checked back 3 times, including at 4pm check in, still not ready. "Overall the room was nice. Small for a one bedroom suite and a few minor issues (things not working). Large stains on carpet in hallway. My biggest issue was the staff. The valet gentlemen were nice but the front desk clerks were rude. No exceptions for early arrival and late departure. My special needs son had a medical appointment that ran over and we needed a few extra minutes to check out. We had already contacted someone there and was told no problem we could stay until 12:30. "the room was tiny but all that i needed for a single night stay. when in boston you want to spend more time outside exploring the city than in your hotel room so it was peak hotel experience for me. it was affordable which meant i had more money to spend doing city activities. the room had a nice view with some cool decor adorning the walls and space. i chose a room with a shared bathroom but it was very clean with each bathroom having their own toilet, sink and shower with a locking door that...
