"Poor customer service overall. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for the first two days of our three-day stay and had to speak with three different staff members before anything was addressed. This place is an extended-stay apartment building than a hotel, with sketchy neighbors and an uncomfortable atmosphere. There’s no room service or coffee machine either. The room itself was decent with a kitchenette setup but the overall experience was disappointing."

"When I checked into my room, it looked clean. I pulled that covers back to get in bed. The sheets were dirty. I pulled the sheet back and the pad underneath was dirty so I went to the office to get new sheets. They gave me a new room, but I got in that room. I checked the sheets. They were clean. It had a foul smell, no remote and only one lightbulb. There is no security security doors that a lot to get into the building to go into your room, everything is unlocked and open. "There are trains that run through all night long and woke us up. They offered a white noise machine but none of that made a difference with how loud the trains were. The entire time we were there they also had issues with WiFi and we never had Internet. We let them know and the response was "we have been having problems maybe we need to restart the system." But it was never fixed. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone"
