"The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of the harbour, shops and Albert Park. We upgraded to a club room and were very glad we did. The room was spacious and well appointed with panoramic views over the city. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide degree of choice. The icing on the cake was the use of the club room in the early evening for drinks and canapés. The drinks selection was varied and generous. We would certainly stay in this hotel again if returning to Auckland. "

"Great location right beside Spark Arena, and within easy walking distance to Britomart, and Queen Street. Comfy bed, but limited coffee & tea supplies. Reception team helpful but not particularly friendly. Yummy chicken burger via very prompt room service. Overall would stay again."
