"Claire was very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean with a view of the beautiful garden. She did a typical English breakfast which was delicious with fresh fruit and other goodies. I would recommend."

"Excellent food in a lovely village next to a main road however when you shut the windows the traffic noise was vastly reduced. The close room was great value."

"The breakfast was disappointing. Bread and croissants were dried up and stale. Too much was put out at the start - put less out and staff should monitor refilling as needed. Parking was excellent which is a bonus in Stamford"

"Not all rooms have air conditioning check. You get a hours complimentary spa time, this did not appear on the literature check. The hotel and staff were lovely and the grounds are well maintained. There is ample car parking and electric charge points."

"The room was spacious with a huge bed, comfy chairs and a great power shower. Staff were lovely and there was plenty of free parking. Food was not available but we knew that before booking so it wasn't a problem. There was a bar in the evening and lots of seating."
