Lovely hotel with stunning views. Tiny outdoor pool area and uncomfortable chairs on the veranda and bedroom terrace but the view made up for everything. The food was excellent (very large portions!)

A piscina externa e o café da manhã foram ótimos. O problema é que os quartos não possuem ar-condicionado. Mesmo desligando o aquecedor, ficou muito quente. Foi preciso abrir as janelas, o que ocasionou cortinas batendo, barulho externo e desconforto.

local bem no alto. Pra chegar 'é pelas estradinhas no meio da floresta de Eucaliptos. Fomos super bem recebidos. tem. um Welcome drink, muito bom. Fiquei no quarto Maria Klein. Otima vista, conseguimos ter no nosso primeiro dia porque depois a chuva, o vento e a nebluna, estragaram muito. O quarto nao é grande, tem uma cama bem confortavel e como todo o hotel 5 estrelas voce tem um menu de travesseiros a escolher. O banherio é pequeno e o que estranhamos é que a pia se encontra no quarto e. nao dentro do banherio. Logisticamente foi ruim Tem uma piscina aquecida muito boa, com sauna e massagem (paga) no mesmo espaço. Café da manha bem completo e o atendimento é maravilhoso, extremamente bem simpatico e profissional. É um lugar para relaxar. Mas veja o tempo porque vai influenciar bastante na sua esperiencia.

Worth the trip. Quiet, relaxing, and beautiful

One of my favorite places in the world. A beautiful property above the clouds with untouchable views. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is top notch, and the rooms are all uniquely beautiful and well appointed. Can't wait to return for a third time!

Peace and Eco-Tranquility

Such a beautiful hotel - incredible views, service and design. Manteigas the local town was also lovely for an afternoon mooch. The meal in the restaurant at night was excellent as was the breakfast. We stayed in one of the panorama rooms - highly recommended for the immersion in nature feel! The beds were very comfy - we loved it!

Amazing view from the room over the mountains and the additional service offered by the hotel of hiking with a guide makes it an unforgettable experience. The hotel as implemented very strict rules in relation to COVID-19 which guarantees a safe environment.
