"I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this hotel was absolutely terrible. I wasn’t expecting a luxury experience, but I did expect a clean and functional room. The only reason I booked this hotel was because it’s close to the airport, and thankfully I only had to stay for one night. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a strong smell of humidity and mildew. It only got worse from there. "This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better."
