"Customer Service is excellent. Ann, Gretchen and the rest of their staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great and walking distance to the beach. plus they provided beach towels anytime you like to go swimming or just relaxing on the beach. Only one suggestion is to provide small refrigerator to each room. Overall our Boracay experience was excellent."

"Location is behind a empty plot , not by the beach, and the way in to hotel is quite scary at night. Also the bed sheets there had always stains, shower didn’t work properly and they don’t have hot hotel to shower at night. Staff is very friendly."
