2/10 Terrible

"The lady that checked us in was nice and friendly. The accessible room that I had was not what I expected. The room was nice and clean, loved that it had full size refrigerator, a stove and sink. I loved the shower which was great. I didn't realize that the bed was almost on the floor. It was really a problem getting in and out of because to low to the floor. The bed was what you would use for a child. I would not recommend this for a person in a wheelchair or someone who has problems with their knees. Although it was accessible a person still needs a regular bed. When I got ready to check out I had a problem with getting someone to the front desk. Not happy with this stay. Also you hear the people in the next room. I give this stay a 1."

"The staff was phenomenal! Theresa checked me in on Friday night and was a pleasure to talk to throughout my visit! Breakfast was great and server Chris was very helpful and kind. Room attendants were all pleasant and accommodating! I will definitely make this hotel my first choice when I visit again."
