"Einfach wunderschön dort. Total abgelegen und ruhig. Das Frühstück wird einem persönlich nach Auswahl zubereitet und der Kaffee war sehr lecker. Das Personal ist so hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Praktisch war auch das man über WhatsApp kommunizieren konnte. Das hat die Sprachproblem sehr minimiert. Ich habe sehr wenig andere Gäste getroffen und man hatte dort einfach viel Ruhe und seine Zeit alleine. Man sollte aber definitiv ein Fahrer oder Roller haben da man sehr abgeschnitten ist. "The resort is quite new and everything is in great shape. Having a private plunge pool is very nice. I love the high ceiling in the room and decor is lovely. Beds were comfortable and linens good quality. Ordering dinner - had to order in advance (1 hour minimum) but food was great and service was also excellent. Massage - there is only one room with two tables so my friend and I were in the same room and only about a foot apart. The massage was just okay. Road to get in is very narrow...

"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at.,, Staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to help in any way, great knowledge of traditional culture and will share information . Communication was on point, never having to wait for a reply, via what's app. Facilities, room and gardens was even better than the photos extremely spotless. "This is a very weird place. The design is odd in general. It’s a bit run down. Huge parts of it seem to be in process of demolition. On one hand, it’s a ghost town. It does not seem like very many of the rooms or suites are inhabited. Yet the place is also teeming with Russians- and the stereotypes are true, Russians are, in general, cold and often come across as rude. This hotel catches this vibe.
