"Now that I've stayed here, I'm shocked at the number of reviews which mention "cleanliness" as a positive. I didn't require much. Just needed a basic room with basic amenities. Unfortunately, the walls in my room had peeling paint, the entire carpet had a sticky feel to it, there was a "clean" towel with long hair on it, and there was a big chunk of something left on the floor near the bed... Maybe I got the dirtiest room in the building? The staff were friendly but slow to respond. I stayed 3 days. On day one, I had a hot shower. On days 2-3, my shower was cool to luke warm at best. O made multiple reports to staff with no resolution nor compensation. They are severely understaffed here. I just needed a basic place to stay. Nothing fancy. This place is not fancy, but it's also not clean and when you do have issues, as polite as the staff are, there are just too few of them to assist. You may end up with cold showers. I was so hopeful based on the previous reviews, but I will not be back."

"The property is nice the rooms condition was not the bathroom toilet seat had deep scratches making it look dirty, the shower drain was old and moving also seeming dirty. The kids mattress were dirty should have protected covers. The balcony was filthy and you could hardly open the door. For the price they should look into minor cosmetic updates to make it more price appropriate. "

"Stayed there 4 nights, they didn’t change our sheets, I’m paying over $700 the least they can do is changed our stained sheets. The rooms are full of dust and the windows are super dirty. On the last day (check out day) the cleaning lady knocked on my door at 8:30am, mind you I was sleeping. I checked to see who knocked on my door and she was at the end of the hall, I asked her did you knock? She said “yes, checking out?” I was like yes at 12 right? All she said was “sorry” like seriously?! Woke me up for what? I’m fully aware check out was at 12pm! So unprofessional. I felt rushed out of my room! I paid good money for this stay and it made me feel uncomfortable. This stay wasn’t worth my money, I’ve stayed at many Marriott’s this is the worse experience and dirtiest room I’ve stayed at. Truly disappointed. The lady at the desk on April 16th around 12 or 1pm was extremely helpful and super nice though!"
