"We booked the swiss chalet, thinking it would be very comfortable. It was, except for the bed, which was caved in. Also, the living area was on the second floor and was very hot. There was no fan available to help move the air. There were no screens on the windows and sand flies flew in. The view from the upstairs living room was gorgeous. The attendant was very friendly and helpful."
