A great place to stay at

This is the second time that I have spent my vacation and visiting family in your hotel and I was not disappointed the first or the second time. The front office staff was very accommodating and very helpful and everything that I needed. The restaurant it's an a+ in the chef and the pastry chef works extremely helpful. I celebrated my wife's birthday there and they were able to get me a cake within one day. The concierge was an amazing woman she made sure that everything was going as planned. I would give this hotel five stars.

It’s an easy 10 minute drive from the airport to the property. They upgraded my room for free and it’s nice and spacious. Wi-Fi is a fast. The shower is a bit treacherous- water and a marble floor make it slippery. No hand towels either, just 2 large bath towels. The food at the in house restaurant is good. They have local and western options. The staff is friendly and helpful. They give me extra soap when I asked for it.

We stayed at Novotel for 2 weeks. We wanted to relax and recoup after a tiring birding and wildlife trip. It was a wonderful stay and we were glad we chose to stay here.They gave us a quiet room and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The kitchen staff, big shout out to Anita and team customized our meals since I was vegetarian with so many diet restrictions. Am really appreciative of this gesture. Siti, Emma, and her team at the front office are amazing & super helpful. I don't know the names to thank them personally, so here's a big Thankyou to all the smiling faces and helpful folks who made our stay very comfortable.

The manager was exceptionally accommodating. He went above and beyond the usual level of service one could expect. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. My husband said the coffee was the best he had in years. He loved it!

Staff were very helpful and friendly so I feel bad giving a poor review, I made it two stars but they as people deserve five-stars. This was the worst hotel of my trip through Indonesia. Even staying in a remote lodge in a national park I felt it was better. My travel colleague agreed. The reception area is open and stiflingly hot while waiting. The room air-conditioner is in adequate, so room was too hot. Shower was not hot enough. Rooms were tired and well worn. Internet was 'troublesome' but generally adequate.

Bring your own Starlink satellite receiver

If you don't use wifi in your life then this is the perfect place for you! I ended up walking to a coffee shop to get wifi connection and sat for a few hours working, was really happy to be leaving this hotel. just stay in Mando Four Seasons and if you want to play golf it's only a 15 min drive to the golf course, the ground was very wet on the course, bring your wellies.

Mooi hotel, heerlijk ontbijt en zwembad. Personeel vriendelijk maar hadden ons een kamer tegenover de lift gegeven. Deze maakt een piep geluid als hij open gaat en dit maakte ons vaak waker. Zeker na 3 vluchten om hier te komen hadden wij de rust wel nodig gehad dus dat was niet handig. Voor de rest, prima hotel. Omgeving rustig qua geluid door golf resort maar wel langs een drukke weg. Dus zelf op stap gaan is moeilijk. Grab nodig om iets te doen.
