"On the plus side:
The location is beautiful with open views across the countryside. The reception staff are willing, efficient, friendly and do their best in the face of quite a few challenges. The hotel is characterful.
On the downside:
It is not as advertised - if it was a product that we had bought we would have sent it back. We booked and paid for a hotel with a leisure centre and gym. It doesn't have either - no gym at all. We were promised fine dining - apparently it used to be, but it is...

Area accessoble for walking shopping and beaches.
Food at this hotel was amazing.
Rooms were opulent with an indoor heated pool and an outside heated pool. Jaccuzi bath in every room as well as jaccuzzi in indoor and outdoor pools. Free pool towels. Pool set in lush green gardens with sun beds that are fabulous they are like your own...

relaxing, peaceful and restful 5 night stay with super service from all the staff. The food was excellent and well worth being all-inclusive.
The only negative was the room which had nowhere to store clothes apart from the wardrobe so we had to keep everything in our suitcases on the floor. Some drawers would have been helpful. The shower was very slippery and dangerous when wet - as a result my husband couldn’t use it.
We very much hope to return..

"We stayed at Sa Creu Nova, Campos in August 2022 for a total of 5 days and to sum it up in one word - Amazing.
The hotel is a boutique hotel which houses 17 rooms in total, to this effect the staff were able to dedicate more time to the guests and there was a real feeling of a 1-2-1 experience.
There were exclusive features such as the
spa room which consisted of 2 pools, sauna, steam room, loungers, showers which were both
relaxing and also added the additional feature of feeling like...

"Good property overall and I would stay again. Staff were friendly and good. Extremely quiet location.
Swimming pool could do with an upgrade as well as some of the bathrooms that have baths only. Finally a minor point and only if you have lots of luggage. You have to walk to the reception from the car park to inform the reception that you have arrived so they can come and help you as it is hard to roll them over the gravel and stones. Similarly my room didn’t have a phone to call the reception to help us with our luggage on our departure."
