"Place is clean but it’s old. To me smelled like smoke. Toilet and shower work ok but not the greatest. Walls are paper thin can hear people just talking in the next room. Breakfast first day was out of everything and had to wait for food to be restocked. Second day was much better. Food selection is limited."

"My only two complaints was, I asked for my room to be cleaned once I left, and it never was. This was for all 3 days. Then, my biggest issue was the parking. Number one the stew was a bit sketchy and I was alone. It was located in Downtown, and I had to literally circle the block for 30 mins and Saturday for almost an hour to find parking. I didn't feel very safe coming in late and no parking close. The last day when I brought this up, they mentioned there was parking across for a daily fee....

"The 1st room we had was not clean. The couch bed was full of crumbs. They nicely changed us to another room and it was very good. The hot tub wasn't bubbling when we turned it on and there were ants along the pool. We liked the breakfast and still had a nice stay. The staff was very friendly."

"Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved."

"Staff was soo friendly upon arriving! Loved the looks and back story of the building! Loved the location in a quiet, put back, and safe place off of the freeway! Breakfast was amazing! Loved the french vanilla creamer for coffee! The pool and hot tub area was so relaxing and clean! Our room was pretty clean but few areas I was a little uncomfortable in at first due to other people's hair on the floor and in corners of the bathroom and on tub side! "Room was not clean,paint was peeling very badly above shower falling pcs of paint in shower. Hallway and elevator was not cleaned. Parking lot was very dark not safe. I didn’t know this area so I picked the hotel on its name feeling it would be a good choice. I definitely over paid thinking it be a good choice but I was definitely wrong I could have stayed much cheaper in a different hotel. I was disappointed and will not stay in this brand hotel ever again."

"Just subpar for the price. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. No outlet covers in the bathroom of all places. Fridge wasn’t very cold. Curtain handle to close curtain was broken off and just laying there. Pool was iced cold and very dimly lit. Might as well had been outside. Not great and won’t return."
