"The property is on the ground floor with about 3 steps to the door itself, check in was a breeze with a lockbox and codes provided for entry into the building. The flat is located 5-7mins from The centre of York and the taxis into the centre are all reasonably priced. The flat was clean and tidy and even had some milk in the fridge for a cuppa to save a walk to the shops. Parking is directly outside the flat with no issues to find a space. Only niggle on a great stay was the doors having a life...

"Completely disappointed about this place. The rate we paid establish a charge of 60 pounds for cleaning concept. Well, clearly they are not using this money for such porpuse. I can not believe the state of that duvet, dust on the appliances and the exhaust vents, stained carpets and crumbs on the counter. Lucky the bathroom was acceptable and we did not use the kitchen or the fridge at all."

"The property is in a great location, but is not kept in a great shape. Beds were super uncomfortable, you cold feel the mattress springs pooking you. The bathroom really need basic updates, a clean, mold free shower curtains would be enough "

"We had a really lovely stay. The apartment is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of both York city centre and the train station. Despite being so close to the station, it was surprisingly quiet and we couldn't hear the trains at all. The apartment is in a modern, well-maintained building and was beautifully decorated throughout.
