Then he said they have several locations even though my confirmation had this location on there. "Unfortunately, the fridge was leaking a bad-smelling liquid underneath, the bathroom was not cleaned prior to my arrival and there was mould on the ceiling. When I informed the reception about this, they did not seem to care too much."
