"Exceptional Stay with Breathtaking Views and World-Class Hospitality Heaven Breeze Hotel is truly a gem in Ella. Set at a higher elevation, the hotel offers spectacular mountain views that make the stay feel like a retreat in the clouds, while still being very close to the beautiful and lively town of Ella. Its location is also ideal for exploring nearby attractions, including Little Adamโs Peak and Ravana Ella. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Sachini, who provided truly world-class guest service with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful breakfast service. The staff asked us the night before what we would prefer for breakfast, and everything was prepared fresh and served right on time. A beautiful location, stunning views, wonderful staff, and exceptional serviceโHeaven Breeze Hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Ella. We would happily stay here again!"

"Nice hotel but be aware there is an MASSIVE 300 metre hill that is very very steep to get to the entrance. Do not go here if you are old, have bad knees or are not very physically fit. On top of this, there are 8 floors and no lift, so many many stairs. This is the only issue we had, other than that a great place to say and dead central in ella."

"Amazing place. Canโt fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didnโt have time to try. Overall fully recommend."

"Staff were incredibly helpful warm and welcoming. The views were amazing from our room; from welcome area and pool area. Definitely recommend this place. The room was spacious and clean. Location was 1 km from ella so approx 500 SR to get to town (uphill!) but an easy walk ( downhill ) to get back !!"

"We were stunned by everything at Jetwing Kaduruketha. Our Villa was perfect. Spotlessly clean with a gorgeous view over the paddy fields. The service was unobtrusive but excellent. The food exceptional and our butler (who we called Can Do because he could do everything) was special. We will long remember him and his smile. We learned that most of the staff come from the local village & you could feel their happiness & camaraderie in being there. We cycled to the village where the local shopkeeper insisted on giving us a coconut from his garden and visited the local Buddhist monastery where we were also made very welcome. We walked & saw incredible birds with our guide. The peacocks, land monitors & weaver birds were all around us. If only every hotel could be as exceptional as this one is."
