"Terrible service through and through. Beautiful property but the service was so awful that we will not be returning. Also, zero pool chairs available. And I mean ZERO. A nice lady gave up one of her chairs for our family of 5 to have somewhere to sit down with our newborn…"

"Oh my! If this was a Best Western Plus, I hate to see the regular. Check in was fine. We got a King size bed with pull out bed in couch for the teen. Holy Crap! I pulled out the bed for the teen and the mattress cover was stained yellow-brown in three separate spots. It was disgusting! Plus there were no blankets or pillows for the pull out. We went down to front desk and they sent someone with blankets and replacement mattress cover, but someone left it on there after taking the sheets...

"The hotel has been raising it’s prices steadily yet the property has had bo updates un more than 15 years. It’s filthy, barely any water pressure out of the old wobbly shower heads. Stuff is unfriendly and the mattress is worse than camping."

"We loved our short stay here! The staff were all so sweet and the hotel itself was very clean and modern. There was even a wedding there one of the nights but it wasn’t disturbing to guests that weren’t apart of the wedding. They partnered with a close restaurant for breakfast and that was also delicious!"

"The room was clean, I didn’t notice any maintenance issues, and the front desk staff were polite. The were a few things I could mention. The room was a bit small, there was no option for a king bed only a queen, and you can only park one car on site. My travel partner and I met up at the hotel so we had two cars. The second car had to park on the street. I must say, for the price, all my issues were small enough that I would go back to this hotel if I should stay in the area again."

"Booked a queen room and got a full size bed. Ice machine was not working. Room had no wifi in it. Told the staff we were in a wifi dead zone and asked if we could switch rooms. We were told no and to connect our equipment downstairs. Ridiculous and rude. We lost 5 days of not being able to do our work! We were going to stay another week but left and checked into another motel with the promised emenities!"

"The staff at this TownePlace Suites is exceptional, however, the property falls far short that what I expected (and I didn't expect a lot)! The hotel is renovating their rooms, and this is necessary because the entire hotel feels like it needs an upgrade - it is dated, and isn't the most comfortable. For example, we stayed in a suite with a King bed and a pull-out couch - but the mattress on the pull-out was the wrong size so it was very ill fitting and one could feel the springs through...

"I show up on the date reservation they said at the front desk I don't have reservations, So I asked why they said no reservations no room, so I leave and went to another hotel place, Front desk person didn't help me at all"
