Main elevator consistently did not work. All inclusive didn’t include many drink options or snack options. Food buffers for breakfast, lunch and dinner weren’t that great. Staff was great and the room was good. A/C actually worked too!!

This is a really fun place to stay. It's close to the beach and sits on a boardwalk with a bunch of weird shops and some good restaurants. The buffet was good, and my kids loved the variety. The room was big and clean. The staff was very helpful as well. You do have to park off-site if you don't want to pay for parking, but it wasn't a problem at all. We will stay here again when we return to Spain!

Location was good with beach a stones throw away and rooms were kept clean. However food was cold and bland so we ate out a lot.. breakfast was a bit better than evening meal. When we checked in there were no towels in the room and spilt ice cream from the last guest on the balcony. We were told we had to move rooms mid stay then given the wrong key several times necessitating running up and downstairs 3 times late at night with a young child. Then the next morning when we eventually did move we were told we didn’t have to after all and we had to return to the original room. Such a faff and staff weren’t helpful. Electricity went out one night too.. Check in also took forever and it seemed there was constantly a huge queue at reception so it was tricky to get the multiple issues we had resolved. Very small amount of food on offer for a large number of guests meant it was always cold by the time you queued up/waited for everything (microwave was there for this purpose which said a lot) and the staff started clearing food away 15 mins before end of service times and actually pointed at their watches and told a group of elderly women to leave at 10am etc. very rude. We found Meal times were awful to be honest with the lack of tasty warm food and queues and general Hectic feeling of it all. Felt sorry for AI guests. Location was great but any hotel along the long sea front had the beach etc, wouldn’t recommend this hotel sadly, in our opinion it was not 4 star quality.

Visited a few years back and was fabulous. This year was very disappointed. The food was terrible, the hot buffet was mostly cold, and the room was average, the balcony view was disappointing, and the bathroom arrangement was poor

Friendly and helpful staff. Daily cleaning, restore the same status when you entered the room first :-) Great location. 2 minutes from the beach, in the middle of the "boardwalk", very good restaurants nearby.

Just all in all a good room and service, only complaints is that i asked for a triple room with a double bed and a single and instead got 3 triples, also very unique design with an open shower however not appropiate if travelling with family. All in all good hotel with amazing amenities, gotta try the breakfast buffet!

We spent a few nights at Alegria Maripins in August as a couple on all inclusive basis. The room was clean and extremely spacious with balcony overlooking the pool and sea view, too. Rooms were cleaned daily, too, by lovely housekeeping staff. The hotel is right on a promenade but the town itself is not as busy as we expected (few restaurants, no taxi). The pool is very small for the size of the hotel and whilst mostly fine, there was a day when all the beds were taken by 10am (one off). The all inclusive restaurant- definitely not the best I’ve been to. Some meals were tasteless, selection of chips daily and very few signs with identifying the dish- chicken paella changed into pork mid-service without a change of tag- which we were very unhappy with! On occasion there was a queue to even get into the restaurant- we gave up 10 mins later and ate out. Two bars by the pool on different levels, even though one closed randomly for a few hours a day. Staff was lovely, but in general cannot give this hotel a higher rating.

Twenty years of a regular tourist and this is not a hotel I would return to. Rooms need updating, many overheard complaints at reception and for a 4* I’ve never seen such a poor food selection. The look of guests faces said it all. Disappointing.

A modern, clean hotel with a great location near the beach. Me, my husband and our 15 year old daughter stayed at the hotel for 16 days and we were very happy about our stay. The staff was super friendly and service minded and always smily. We stayed at the building next to the reception and this was a bit more quiet than in front of pool. We had half pension (breakfast and dinner) but we were able to choose lunch instead of dinner whenever we wanted to so we ended up doing this. All eating/buffet is indoor so we wanted to have dinner outside and Malgrat de Mar had many good restaurants to choose from. Breakfast has everything you want and there are show cooking where you can order pancakes, omelets and eggs. The buffet has yoghurt, fresh fruit, granola and bread. They serve free cava and wine at the breakfast. Lunch buffet is also good and there is a lot of options every day. Since it’s indoor it is quite noisy so would appreciate the ability to sit outside. There is a very small gym with a very few options. Our daughter bought a 10 day membership at a nearby gym for 50€. The cleaning is top notch and we had a lot of clean towels every day. Unfortunately there are no coffee or tea options in the rooms but since we read that in advance we brought a kettle and coffee from home which worked out fine. Air condition was very good and the bed sheets were surprisingly comfortable and good.

Original Cola muß bezahlt werden genau wie andere Getränke Es gibt nur eine kleine Auswahl die inklusive Ist und andere sachen muß man 50% Dazuzahlen Die Konzumzeiten sind von 11:00 -23:00 All inklusive danach muß man Zahlen . Meine Meinung voll die Abzocke Der Parkplatz wird mit 15€ berechnet pro tag ohne Überwachung. Für den Safe verlangen sie 10€ pro Tag obwohl er gratis ist in der buchung mit All inclusive. 1sindAllinclu111:eingeschränkt eingeschränkt

Bra pris, lite slitet hotell och behövs flera stolar på rummet. Men städning varje dag var toppen, maten också. Personalen var trevlig, vi trivdes mycket! Lite mycket av hög musik på hotellet på nätterna.

Das Hotel hat den Zugang über die lebendigste Straße des Ortes/Strandpromenade. Trotzdem hört man davon nahezu nichts. Die Klimaanlage auf dem Nachbargebäude und die Springbrunnen im Pool überdecken überdecken akustisch fast alles. Das Objekt ist renoviert, aber man merkt, dass es ein älteres Gebäude ist. Schmale Treppen und Aufzüge, die Balkonbrüstungen aus Glas und Aluminium, die nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend sind. - Aber nichts, was den Landesdurchschnitt unterschreitet. Egal, welche Hotelkathegorie. Das Hotel ist sauber, abseits gelegen und doch mitten drin, die Bedienungen sind trotz Hochsaison durchgehend freundlich (deshalb bitte nicht ärgern). - Ich würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren.
