"The staff were very helpful and friendly, and our room was clean and recently renovated. However, the room we received did not match the photos of the room we had booked. "We had an amazing time in Heraklion, in a huge part because of the Vegga Suites. The location is exceptional and the building was very modern and elegant. The apartment itself was wonderful with different amenities, with the bathroom being a highlight with its beautiful decor and huge space. You would think the apartment would be loud since it's at the heart of the bustling shopping street, but once you closed the balcony door, you couldn't hear a peep. The owner was very happy to help with...
