Our biggest gripe, though, was that we were not informed beforehand that the pool was being renovated. the pool was a major factor in choosing the hotel and, apart from a ramshackle taverna, there is nothing much nearby, so we were not happy."

"I was quickly checked into my double room on the third floor, which didn't have a terrace but a small window in the bedroom, the airconditioner could only be turned on by the reception and you had to call them by dialling '0' from your room. There was no bathtub and only a shower cubicle, there was a small window in shower room. The TV which was small, only had a few channels and the signal strength was very bad and no English speaking channels. No safe in the room but it did have a wardrobe...

"The hotel had construction of a new hotel next door. No mention of this was on the listing on the website at time of booking. The construction has been going the whole of 2025. On arrival at the hotel I was placed in a room facing the construction. Returning to reception to complain I was given another room. That room was slightly quieter from the main construction noise. However the bath was damaged with pealing paint that had been badly over painted. The construction noise could be heard...

"Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was kept spotless, breakfast on the rooftop was delicious, and it's really well located near the seafront. Above all though, the staff were so friendly and really helpful."

"Loved my stay. Hotel was amazing with brilliantly helpful staff. Accommodation was as advertised so immediately we could enjoy the holiday. We chose half board. Breakfast was a feast with so many options. Nothing too difficult. So many choices of restaurants included in the dinner options. Safe main road with plenty of shops, restaurants, fast food and bars. "Staff were very professional and super helpful. Rooms are good but the heating/air conditioning system is bad: it is preset to certain mode that cannot be changed for individual rooms, our room was very hot and the system was still on heating"

"View was good the breakfast was fresh and best of the is customer service and hospitality never seen better. The front desk staff kind knowledgeable and helpful with a smile. The sea is amazing and the sea food excellent."
