We had a great time here! Biser, George, Christos and the 2 girls working Narein + other (01/07 AM) were absolutely amazing!! These staff stood out to us and were super friendly and smily :) Great resort with plenty of extra activities!
Very nice villas and area. Restaurants are delicious and great variety of foods.
Unfortunately beach is not that great - sand is spiky and a bit dirty, entrance in water is stony and not super comfortable. It takes 35 minutes walk to the first nice beach with white sand and great entrance in the sea.
Best holiday resort i have ever visited - from the moment i checked in it was exceptional.
Rooms, all staff from bar to reception to cleaners, fruit given out during day, room minibar re-stocked daily. Snack bar for All Inclusive was by far the highest quality i have seen.
Worth every single penny.
We visited as a family of 9 and were very well looked after. The staff were friendly and always on hand. The swimming pools were warm and spacious. The beach was clean and peaceful. Our bungalow with the swim up pool was amazing. The massage at the spa was to a good standard. The food was good and the chefs were open to making additional food for coeliac and vegetarians. The sushi at Mikashu was good quality and the deserts were delicious. We had a great time and would recommend to everyone.
Amazing resort with great pools. Located next to perfect beach.
The pool area cleaning should be more tidy. A lot of empty drink glasses spread all over the pool area.
This property is in the far east of Agia Napa
This is a very quiet area with a private beach used only by the quests not like other Cyprus hotels
The beach is so beautiful see pictures attached
The hotel provides a kiosk near the beach
The room is modern well equipped
Please don’t forget to bring your Uk adaptor
The food is mixed Greek and European plenty and a switch with local restaurants is available and it was lovely
Strongly recommend this hotel

Nice Place Nice service
There were five of us, and we had two rooms where it was possible to darken the space at night. Unfortunately, in the third room this wasn’t possible, as it remained brightly lit throughout the night due to the pool area. Despite our complaint, the hotel chain did not offer any assistance. We were not offered a voucher or any other form of compensation. The sleeping conditions in the third room were far from satisfactory.

Not sure how this is rated as a 5 star, Buffet food was never hot only warm, All inclusive didnt mean all inclusive, Hand rails leading to beach loose. Timber walkways on the beach broken and had sharp edges.
However rooms were nice and tidy and clean, staff were friendly.
the overall stay at the hotel was very nice!
the resort is beautiful and very big, there is a lot of walking to do (depends on your room location). our family room was spacious with a sliding door. the water pressure was awful and weak, the sink was a bit clogged and the mountain view was to a garbage area across the road.
the food was was good with a large selection. we've been in 3 "speciality" restaurants (don't waist your time, only the BBQ was nice IMO). some activities were nice like the kids disco at night and the pizza making workshop. no quality shows for adults like other resorts ive been.
bottom line - beautiful place, good food, but needs to be a bit more value for money.
We have just returned from 10 days at the Mare Ayia Napa, we had an excellent time despite the weather being a bit colder than we would have liked but that's the risk you take booking in early April.
I contacted the hotel to ask to book us a taxi from the airport and the driver was waiting for us when we came through. its about a 40 mins drive to the hotel.
We received a warm welcome from the reception staff and the porter that took us to our room gave us a quick tour of the resort before taking us to our room.
We had a family sliding door bungalow with garden room and it was lovely. The perfect size for 4 people, it has a little kitchen area in it which I wasn't expecting. We had been left a bottle of fizz, a fruit plate and some cakes when we arrived which was lovely after a long day of travelling.
The bathroom was well stocked with Molton Brown toiletries
The buffet restaurant was nice and had a lot of choice, if you got there close to closing time though understandably a few things had run out. It did feel quite chaotic in there sometimes but we always managed to get a seat. there were ques for the coffee and tea machine but we didn't drink it anyway so that didn't bother us.
We ate at Dante's most days for breakfast at this was less chaotic and ate in the Greek and Dante's for dinner a couple of times, the setting and atmosphere was much nicer in here and the food really good.
We had a lovely time and would definitely return to the Mare.
Facilities and pools were great and activities were good fun, rooms and cleanliness in room was excellent and also very good around the hotel, just lacked children's entertainment and areas to play in the evening, there could be more areas for kids to play, games room is far too hot also, pool tables and other games areas could be dotted around the village allowing more fun for kids. Waiters / waitresses seemed to stop serving after first couple of nights so had to go to bar as they seemed to just avoid us, also no one serves in the outside area below the sky lounge, when we asked the waitress they said it was outside of their service area despite getting drinks there the previous night, upstairs said they don’t serve downstair also. Food was very good, would have preferred to have a bit more traditional Cypriot food in the buffet, when I tried to make reservation for 2 on the app for the tavern it wouldn’t allow me so I asked reception they never responded with any confirmation.
Overall great place to stay, had an amazing time and would definitely return to stay again.
Rooms were fantastic. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. The village setup is really good. We enjoyed the splash park and all the pool areas.
The main restaurant is not very good. Staff are rude and there is no table service which is not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast selection is poor (frankfurter hot dog sausages, No normal pork sausages). I think it is designed more for European diet than British/Americans. The individual restaurants such as the BBQ house and Dante’s were really good and we would highly recommend them. The snack bar is great and offers a huge selection throughout the day.
The entertainment is ok but could be so much better. It is located on a grass area, nowhere near a bar so you can not be served drinks whilst watching it.
Overall, I would rate the hotel out of 10 in the following areas:
Rooms -9
Hotel Grounds - 10
Facilities - 9
Food - 7
Staff - 5
Location - 8
Entertainment - 5
Kids Club/Facilities - 9
We will likely not return again as we believe that alternative hotels in the same price bracket such as Olympic Lagoon, are far better in terms of food and entertainment.
I wouldn’t discourage anyone from booking Atlantica Mare as there are certain areas which are fantastic but I think a lot of work needs to be done to compete with rival hotels.
We absolutely loved our stay in Mare Ayia Napa, what a lovely place. This was our first All Inclusive and we travelled as a family of 3 (toddler) and we absolutely loved it. Some of our fav things were: diversity in things to do for families (beach, swimming pools, lounge, kids area), a great variety for food available and lovely restaurant choices which came in handy as I have a very fussy eater. Rooms are very nice and clean, and staff was always helpful and friendly. Very happy overall and this has been the start of our many All Inclusive holidays to come
