"Check in was a breeze, security guard power trippin over a validated parking ticket, he grabbed our ticket and went to front counter to verify the front counter person like he didn’t just see us go to the front counter after telling us to go to the front counter. Upon check out, it took 30 mins to get a luggage cart, so I had to go down and two empty cart people sitting doing nothing when guest services said they were coming twice when I called. Overall good stay. The hotel is brand new, so everything was spotless clean and good condition. The water pressure and air condition was good too. The location nearby with good restaurants. Easy to navigate around Manila with GRAB. Staff was very nice and helpful.
