"The room was smaller than pictured, I called and asked the difference between the regular king and superior king and I was advised the size. It seems the bathroom is the truly bigger thing. I know, I know it’s NY and everything smaller I was just very disappointed that the room was small. We missed breakfast the first day and I’m glad because it was very disappointed. The bacon was overcooked, bagels were halved and we were served mixed vegetables?! After partying all Friday night and waking up...

"I liked the large TV with like to lots of channels, internet and the ability to cast your own device to it. The continental breakfast was good with alot of choices and NY style bagels plus juices that were’nt too watered down like Hampton Inn. The front desk was very helpful. The single elevator was a little small and slow but it served its purpose. The hotel loading zone was very helpful."

"It’s a good hotel with decently sized rooms and beds. They do have very nice toiletries including little disposable toothbrushes. Location is in walking distance from restaurants and Belt Parkway is 5 mins away. Parking lot is usually full, so you might need to spend time looking for parking or park at meters and then wake up early to depart or pay the meter - in that case i recommend downloading parknyc app and then you can start your parking from your room. "From start to end this was a disappointment. When we arrived our booking thru expedia never reached the concierge desk and had to go on a call for half hour and get it sorted. The room I had booked was then not available. We were given the family suite to make up for the error but when we got to the tent, approx 6pm the housekeeping had not come yet, we had to wait again for the room to be cleaned, inside the bungalow there was no toilet paper, no water, no tissues and floor was dirty - had to...
