We paid our reservation in March. Trip wss cancelled because of Lufthansa strike. Our entire trip to germany was cancelled. We knew paid reservation was not refundable but also thought that since it was not our fault we would get money back. It would have been a humane action. No more Sheratons for ...

Scandic Frankfurt Museumsufer
Excellent clean room, with VERY comfortable beds. Great location near the train station and river walk. Staff were fantastic, and provided great service. Breakfast was varied and high quality with lots of options for celiacs and dairy allergies. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Always a good experience. Breakfast is very good. The Bed was fantastic; so comfortable. Our room was very quiet and it was very easy to adjust the thermostat. The check-in process is always easy and fast.
